The Shepherd’s Meadow Glamping is actually located only a few minutes away, by car, from a beautiful huge Mere and birds and wildlife reserve (Ellesmere Lake North Shropshire), as well as many other smaller meres in the countryside around.
Beautiful walks or bicycle rides around them are a must to do thing.
You will find in the village of Ellesmere itself, lots of little country shops and facilities, as well as some genuine restaurants (Greek, Indians, Chinese, etc…) included a Tesco supermarket on the very next outskirts of the village.
It is also only a few miles away from Shrewsbury and Oswestry, two ancient Market Towns.
